BC Wine in Grocery Stores: Brave New World or False Dawn?

The government has proposed 2 store model to roll out on April 1st for wine in grocery stores. One is a store with in a store model that would see imported and local wines, beers and spirits on the shelves in a store separate within an existing store. Second is a model with 100% BC Wine on the shelves of an existing grocery store. There is a lot to talk about tonight so come prepared!
